Les Tilka is the pastor of Quest Community Church in Cebu, Philippines. along with his wife, Sara Lee and there three children: Bradley, Nikki and Patricia, the Tilkas have a thriving ministry in Cebu. Les and Sara Lee were instrumental in bringing Operation Christmas Child to the Philippines. They have started many local outreach ministries and trained church members to lead and work in these projects.
