Mt. Calvary takes the Great Commission seriously... As we go, we are making disciples of Jesus Christ... to the very ends of the earth!
In recent years, we have sent teams of volunteers on short-term mission trips to Kenya, The Far East, Belarus, The Philippines, Haiti, Costa Rica, Mexico, Alaska, New Orleans, Biloxi, Boone, and of course, Banner Elk.
We are also pleased to sponsor Gospel-centered mission organizations and some outstanding individual missionaries, in addition to the great work being done by the Cooperative Program of the Southern Baptist Convention.
